"All that we are is the result of what we have thought"

So many things to say, so many things to do, so many places to be, so many things over due... maybe a little overwhelmed? Yep that's been me for many years. How about you?

I've taken the time recently to evaluate, so just where I am in my life. Oh yeah...older, yes, wiser...hope so, enlightened...need to be, happy...working on that one. So I've begun the journey to a happier, healthier life.

Could it be what we see in our own little world, a mirror of what we might have in our own little thoughts?

How did we get where we are today? Did we create our lives, did someone else's influence guide us to where we are today, or did circumstances do it for us?

We tend to mingle in our own thoughts, creating our own little atmosphere, and there is where we create our identity.

So who are you? What are your thoughts?

I found my answer, and you can too! Try this little exercise. While it is a small effort it is a very powerful, enlightening little exercise. You may want to do this alone.

Find a small mirror, look into your eyes and say hello __________ (your name) and ask yourself how did I get where I am today? What do you see? What do you feel? Really feel the experience. Anger, disappointment, frustration, sadness etc.... This may be difficult, if it is put the mirror down, and be gentle with yourself. What ever your emotions let them flow... it’s OK.

Because we are our thoughts, we have created where we are today! No one else did it for us, no one else is to blame for it, no circumstances did it to us. We did it. Our thoughts did it, our decisions did it, and our choices did it. We did it! Whatever it may be, remember we did the best we could do, at the time we did it, with what knowledge we had at the time.

Join me on the "I did It" journey, and find out who you really are. Your mirror is your friend, and wants to find you again. Keep one with you at all times and know the answer you are searching for is in the mirror of your thoughts.

Then could you say "All that we are is the result of what we have thought"?

So what did you see? Love to hear from you!

Be creative everyday in someway!
